Sheldon Harris

Sheldon Harris’ leadership roles started early, with one success after another.

Having spent 13 years with Costco starting at an entry-level position, he became one of the youngest Warehouse Managers in company history. He was responsible for 350 employees and $160M in annual sales, overseeing operations in Alaska. Sheldon also led diverse projects including spearheading Costco’s entry into the Russian market, and launching a new athletic club subsidiary, SportsNation.

He then went to the virtually unknown Cold Stone Creamery. Sheldon helped lead this respected brand’s growth for nearly a decade. Upon his 2006 departure as President, 1400 stores were operating domestically and internationally making Cold Stone Creamery the 11th fastest-growing franchise nationally with system-wide annual revenue in excess of $500M.
