Dr. Victor Harms

Victor Harms, Ph.D., is a Professor at Bellevue University. He teaches Human Services, Clinical Counseling and Executive Coaching courses in the College of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Harms received his Master of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in Agency Counseling and his Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in Family Science. He was president and founder of one of the largest full service outpatient private practice counseling centers in the state of Nebraska from 1991-2001. He is currently serving as a board member of the Nebraska Counseling Association (NCA) and is currently serving on the board of the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching (GSAEC). He was CEO and co-founder of FOCUS C3, a counseling, coaching and consulting private corporation, from 2012-2016.
